The shipping costs are normally € 4,90
Exceptions:
1) The shipping costs for garden furniture are stated in the web shop alongside each item (bulky shipment).

The actual shipping costs for your order are visible online in the shopping cart before sending your order.
If we need to ship your order in several parcels due to the total weight or size, we will only charge the shipping costs for one parcel. This is done to give you a discount. If we cannot ship all of your order on the same day, we will only charge the shipping costs for one parcel.
Shipping costs outside Germany
We also export our products to all EU countries, Scandinavia and some other countries too. You must pay in advance to our bank account or use PayPal (COD payment is not possible for international shipments).
It is not easy to automatically calculate international shipping costs online since the costs depend on weight, destination country and destination city. Accordingly, the web shop is only able to show shipping costs for delivery within Germany.
Please send an email to
info@imgarten.de if you want to know the shipping costs before you order. Please tell us what you want to order and include your full postal address including post code.
If you want to place your order online without contacting us first about the shipping costs, in addition to the automatic order confirmation by email (showing the shipping costs within Germany) we will send you a separate email with a proforma invoice which shows the total price including shipping costs. Please wait for the separate email before making the payment. The separate email is prepared by us manually, normally within 1 to 2 working days.
If you want to pay by PayPal, wait with your payment until you have received the separate email with the shipping costs or make the payment immediately and pay for the extra shipping costs in a second PayPal payment (after receiving our invoice).
Tracking your shipment:
If we ship by DHL parcel (but not for envelopes), you will receive an automatic email when we ship which tells you the parcel number. Click on the internet address (URL) in the email to go to the online DHL service for parcel tracking which tells you about the status of your shipment. The online tracking service is only available for destinations in W. Europe.
Further important terms of business:
The following terms of business apply to all orders, offers, shipments and services.
For security reasons your address and ordering information cannot be accessed by third parties through the internet and are handled confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy. Older versions of the terms of business loose their validity when a newer version is published.
- Acceptance of your order
- Delivery times
- Rights to cancellation
- Consequences of cancelling your order
- Returning the goods
- Payment
- What to do in case of transport damage
- Warranty
- Other points
1. Acceptance of your order
You have made a binding purchase agreement as soon as you have received the confirmation email or the items you have ordered. The applicable price for the goods is the price which was valid when you placed your order. Older versions of the product catalogue and price list loose their validity when newer versions are published. The terms "product catalogue" and "price list" also refer to the online versions in our shop.
2. Delivery times
We normally ship your order within 5 working days after receiving your payment, provided that the items are in stock. If the items are not in stock, we will do our best to arrange shipment as quickly as possible.
We will contact you if, in exceptional cases, the items are not available or not in stock. You can then change or cancel your order if you cannot wait.
However, please note that none of our products are mass-produced items. Delivery delays cannot always be avoided.
In such cases we can also deliver your order in (sensible) partial shipments. We will write to you if this should be necessary
Information from us on delivery times are approximate unless we have explicitly given you a binding shipment date in writing. You do not have any rights to compensation if the shipment is delayed or incomplete.
3. Rights to cancellation
You can cancel your order within two weeks without giving any reasons by sending back the goods (provided that you are not self-employed or you have ordered for a company). The two weeks period starts from the day you receive the goods. You must return the goods or tell us in writing that you want to return the goods within this period. Send back the goods or write to:
Nicola Krämer
Gustav-Adolf-Str. 11 (Hof)
D-30167 Hannover
Telephone: 0511 - 71 70 54
Telefax: 0511 - 71 70 83
We will require proof that you have returned the goods (e.g. receipt from the post office).
4. Consequences of cancelling your order
In case of effective order cancellation, the services received by each party must be returned and any usage of the products must be compensated. Compensation is due if the goods have been damaged or impaired. This does not apply if the impairment is solely due to checking the goods in a manner which is possible e.g. in a conventional store or supermarket . You can avoid impairment to the goods if you do not start to use them as an owner and you avoid anything which could cause damage.
5. Sending back the goods:
You have to pay for the return postage costs yourself if the received goods correspond to what you have ordered and the price of the goods does not exceed 40 Euro. Please see our terms of business for more information
Only for goods which cannot be shipped in one or more parcels (e.g. bulky items), you can request in writing (letter, fax or email) that we arrange collection of the return goods from your address.
How to send back the goods
Use the original packing material if possible. Shipments up to 2 kg in weight can be sent as a small packet, up to 20 kg as a DHL Parcel. Suitable address labels should be available from any post office.
Please write to us if you want to return shipments which weigh above 20 kg. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best way to ship.
Partial returns
If you want to return only part of the order, please pay the amount on the invoice minus the gross value of the goods you want to return.
Crediting your account
To allow us to credit your account if necessary, please tell us your account number, the account holder, the name of the bank and the sort code. We will credit your account without sending a separate email or letter.
If you would like a different arrangement, e.g. to order something else, please let us know in writing.
